Our Media and Production Services Department specializes in providing real time support for virtual events on webinar conferencing platforms such as GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Adobe Connect, WebEx Meeting Center, WebEx Training Center, and Zoom, just to name a few. Production assistance from our Media and Production Services Department includes administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of real-time technical assistance within a live webinar training. The Media and Production Services Department is powered by a virtual staff that can assist with all areas of your virtual production to help facilitate a successful end-user experience.
Job Responsibilities
General
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and presenters
  • Maintain event planning spreadsheet to capture all pertinent information
  • Work effectively in teams with strong collaboration and contribution to team goals
Preparation
  • Establish and maintain document repositories using SharePoint
  • Set up intake forms
  • Schedule and conduct kickoff calls
  • Create and update job aids
  • Generate and maintain rehearsal and production schedules
Execution
  • Schedule and conduct WebEx demonstrations and walkthroughs for presenters and participants
  • Facilitate live sessions with a large number of participants
  • Manage and coordinate training and rehearsals using Calendly (appointment-booking application) and Outlook
  • Schedule and conduct rehearsals for presenters
  • Gather requirements and coordinate with presenters
  • Set up and manage WebEx for live training, including document uploads, chats monitoring, breakout sessions, download recordings, etc.
  • Create documentations and checklists

Shifts Available:
Shift schedules will vary and be dependent on client needs. Our Media and Production Services Department is open 24/7/365 so we have virtual events all throughout the day and night.
Qualifications
  • College degree desired, but not required
  • Experience with web conferencing software, particularly WebEx
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a technology / IT related job
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective organizational and project management skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to facilitate meetings in a calm, confident, and neutral manner and quickly pivot and adjust during live productions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Job is home-based so you must have personal access to the internet and phone
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of Content Development methodologies and authoring tools is a plus
