Experienced and Certified Cisco UC Engineer with technical skills that cover large scale of IP telephony deployments which includes CUCM, CUC, UCCX.
Perform client consultation: Support complete range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions and implement if it is a client requirement.
Analyse the existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions.
Support components of the Cisco Unified Communication, including Cisco Call Manager, Gateways, Unity Voice Mail, CME, CUE and UCCX.
Follow life-cycle oriented processes and procedures such as Change requests and CAB reviews.
Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.
Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components.
Provide high quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templates.
Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customers satisfaction and approval.
Proactively develops plans and activities to avoid problems.
Educates the customer on solution as appropriate throughout the life of the project or service life.
Technical Skills and Expected Qualification Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Accounting Systems/Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support.
High-end experience in Cisco Unified Communications Solutions Versions 7.1 to 11 and CME.
High-end experience in CUE and CUC Version 7 to 11.
Hands on Experience on UCCX, CRS.
Hands on experience on SIP, H323, MGCP, ICT.
Experience with Troubleshooting Voice Issues, PRI issues, SIP etc. CCNA and higher Collab certification preferred.
Other Requirements: Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must .
Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations Strong technology background is required Aptitude to acquire new technology and concepts quickly
Primary Skill -Cisco CUCM ( Cisco Voice networks and IP Phones) Secondary Audio Codes
(1.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
(2.) To analyze, define and design moderately complex technical solution for client requirements or specifications and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages
(3.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
(4.) To independently develop and test the modules designed for successful Go-Live.
(5.) To participate in team meetings.
(6.) To train the team and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project

Salary: $40.00 - $53.00 per hour
