Volunteer Coordinator
- Work in cooperation with Leisure Services Team Leader to identify volunteer needs of Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community.
- Identify volunteer training needs; assist in conducting training sessions based on identified needs.
- Assign volunteers to resident/organization needs.
- Maintain close communication with volunteers.
- Evaluate activities and performances of volunteers.
- Maintain record-keeping system on volunteer activities.
- Maintain and update volunteer database.
- Supervise volunteers.
- Plan and host a volunteer recognition.
- Participate in presentations on volunteer opportunities at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community as requested.
