Assisting in search for a VP, Securities & Corporate Governance to join this rapidly growing start-up company. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience managing public reporting obligations (33/34 Act) and drafting, reviewing and submitting public filings and public disclosures. Corporate M&A and general commercial/corporate transactional experience is also required. Will consider candidates from law firms or corporations with Corporate Securities, 33/34Act and capital markets experience. Must be able to run/manage filings independently and have the flexibility to switch gears in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. Position is 100% remote, but the company currently has operations in the Northeast and Midwest. Seeking highly entrepreneurial, business-minded attorneys.
