TechStyleOS is seeking a VP of Supply Chain Operations to oversee a global supply chain that nimbly supports fast-changing consumer behavior and business growth goals. This role will be responsible for leading our centralized Supply Chain organization that provides support for 5 brands within the TechStyleOS portfolio including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. This is a leadership role overseeing Supply Chain Strategy, Transportation/Logistics, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, and Trade Compliance. We are seeking someone who will challenge the status quo in search of new processes, ideas, and technology to deliver on growth while operating efficiently.

This position will report to the COO of Fabletics / President of TechStyleOS.
What you will do:
  • Manage global supply chain operations and logistics execution systems, teams, and processes.
  • Recommend and drive improvements in supply chain processes for planned business growth and evolution
  • Partner with our Data Science and Analytics team to identify areas of opportunity to optimize our transportation network for cost and service, leveraging data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful results that align with the overall transportation and logistics strategy
  • Build strong cross-functional working relationships with Brand Production teams to optimize inventory flow and visibility
  • Support business planning efforts through attention to forecasting and budget setting
What you can bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience in fields such as strategy, consulting, supply chain analysis/optimization
    5+ Years’ Managerial (Team Leadership) Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
  • In depth knowledge of retail and B2C businesses
  • Experience leading through influence and working cross functionally across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data and metrics to drive decision making and optimization
  • Experience in Business Negotiations with primary/secondary freight providers

The annual base salary range for this position is from $188,820 to $302,280. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location
