Job description
Inova Staffing is searching for a Warehouse Admin Associate for a company located in Wooster, OH that distributes HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing products. This position is temporary and will last for about 3 months.
Work Week & Hours: 7:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Some Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Pay: $17+ plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance
Requirements:
- Previous applicable experience
- High School or GED minimum
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Detail- oriented and multi-task
- Min., 60 wpm-Typing
Job Duties:
- Check accuracy of bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
- Accepts payment (cash and account), makes change, cash checks and issues receipts or tickets to customers
- Performs credit and debit transactions, calculates discounts, and processes billing corrections
- Assist dispatch persons with paperwork process’s/taking phone calls/ scheduling incoming orders
- Understands cash refunds and credit policy for returned merchandise
- Displays outstanding customer service, professionalism in all interactions with customers
- Understands vendor purchase orders & closing batches, entering in info into log, working with error sheets entering them
- Identifies special orders (SI) procedure
- Displays knowledge of phone system
- Runs reports and data entry
- Enters Receiving and Over the road purchase orders
- Makes phone calls to Vendors regarding errors
- Help checking in UPS/FEDX
