Jentry Kelley Cosmetics is concept brand that focuses on teaching the everyday woman how to enhance her beauty by following easy guidelines with a fast and natural approach, using classic makeup application techniques. We differ from other brands in the way we teach our clients how to be their own artist. From the experience inside the store, to our online presence, and our engagement with clients, we offer what nobody else in Houston has--a tailored customer experience. The brand is very focused on consistency. The client always receives the same amazing experience regardless of the artist booked.

In 2015, Jentry developed a line of organic, paraben-free, and plant-based skincare free from irritating ingredients such as artificial fragrances. The cruelty-free line is formulated with plant-based ingredients to calm, soothe, and heal sensitive skin exhibiting rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis.

In 2017, Jentry opened her first brick-and-mortar in Houston, Texas, near Rice University and the Texas Medical Center. A 2,500 square-foot luxury makeup application studio and full-service hair salon, JKC – Memorial West, opened in November 2020.

JKC was named to Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 Companies in 2018. During a time when several businesses temporarily and permanently closed due to the novel corona virus pandemic, Jentry and her team quickly pivoted their business model by taking virtual makeup lessons which doubled sales from her e-commerce store, leading to a 50% increase in gross sales from 2019 to 2020.

Title: Warehouse Associate

PURPOSE: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for daily warehouse duties at the Headquarters location of Jentry Kelley Cosmetics. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Pick, pull, pack daily customer orders and ensure accuracy of contents

· Receive and put away inventory

· Unload boxes of new inventory and supplies (weigh varies up to 30 pounds)

· Handle customer issues related to order processing

· Product assembly

· Facilitate store transfers from Houston Central to Memorial West

· Troubleshoot problems related to warehouse functions

· Uphold quality standards and processes set by leadership

Location and Pay:

· Position is primarily Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime available as approved on weekends during promotions (Black Friday, Anniversary Sale, etc).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour
