Overview:
Location: University Park Department: Warehouse Reports To: Warehouse Specialist

Your Role:
This position is responsible for limiting company product loss by recovering misplaced inventory and ensuring data is correct in the warehouse management system (Red Prairie).
  • Ensures data is correct in the warehouse (Red Prairie) system by measuring, weighing, and checking tie and high information
  • Researches the end result of all lost and found products in addition to making corrections and adjustments using our Lost Pallet Query system.
  • Coordinates the correct put away of returned product.
  • Assists warehouse with replenishment issues/problems.
  • Use of warehouse equipment such as Stock Picker, Narrow Aisle
  • Works with Warehouse Specialist on system slotting moves in warehouse management system.
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
  • Repair Damage Cases
  • Receive product on returns or purchase orders
  • Decipher Lot Code

Role Specifics:
  • Schedule Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Dayshift 6am-4:30pm
  • Environment: Warehouse environment with temperature extremes ranging from 5 degrees in frozen to ambient temperatures in dry
  • Job Demands: Regular physical activity, including lifting 60 pounds repetitively as needed

Qualifications:
We Need You To Have:
  • High school diploma or general equivalency degree required.
  • Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the job
  • Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of AS400 and warehouse management systems.
