Eclipse is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The Warehouse Operations Manager position will manage a team of general warehouse workers with a focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. This onsite position is located in our client’s distribution center. On a daily basis, the Manager will work side-by-side with the client and supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

· Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.

· Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship, while partnering with Eclipse IA HR

· Manage the Site workforce: including staffing, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties.

· Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization.

· Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning, and space requirements and implementing changes.

· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

· Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.

· In collaboration with the Regional Manager, will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review.

· Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.

Job Requirements:

· Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience

· Demonstrated ability in Operations Management work and process improvement is essential

· Must exhibit strong data analysis capabilities

· Experience in start-up facility preferred

· Grocery warehousing industry preferred

· Self-starter with ability to drive improvements in operational processes

· Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility

· Set aggressive targets and meets them in a challenging and complex environment

· Picks up knowledge quickly, strong leadership, highly reliable and positive attitude

· Ability to motivate, energize and influence others

· Microsoft Office proficiency a must (Outlook, Excel)

· People Management, Supervision, Data Entry Skills, Data Entry Management, Data Processing, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Deadline-Oriented

· Bilingual language skill is a plus
