Phantom Fireworks is seeking a full time Receiving Coordinator for our warehouse facility. Successful candidates will be professional, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Duties & Requirements:

• Administrative support for Warehouse Distribution Center
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with extensive record keeping and filing
• Ability to interface with different departments in the corporate office, as well as our field retail managers as required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and other office equipment
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours during our busy season
• 2-3 years administrative experience in a warehouse setting preferred
