Salary: $67,000 - $76,000 DOE
Medical benefits eligible first of the month following 28 days of employment. All other benefits eligible first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Position Summary : The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and participates in DC Warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, shipping, dispatching and delivery of materials and supplies to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and material transportation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
• Load of DSD bulk and route trucks for the next day deliveries and Minute Maid shipping and receiving.
• Daily tracking of productivity.
• Secure the facility at shifts end.
• Assist with the warehouse consolidation.
• Preparation of paperwork.
• Provide products in an efficient and timely manner; arranges for packaging, transportation, and/or delivery of goods.
• Maintain space, equipment, and supplies; manages inventory, transfers, and product rotation.
• Develop and implements improved methods of materials handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficiency, services, and reduced costs.
• Maintain current forklift certification.
• Operate forklift on occasion.
• General
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Regular and punctual attendance.

• To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily.

• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing methodology.
• Must have excellent leadership, problem solving and computer skills.
• Forklift Certified.
• Knowledge of OSHA/Safety Laws.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.

Education and/or Experience :
Associate’s degree and/or two years related experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
