Synergy Companies help to provide no-cost energy-saving programs to applicants of the local public utilities. We are a subcontractor for the local natural gas, electric, and water utility companies of Southern California. We have teamed up with these utilities to provide their customers with measures/items that we install to reduce the electricity or natural gas usage in a home. Experience/Skills:

• Tech savvy (comfortable with computers, tablets, cell phones, google based programs)
• Competent in working with your hands and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn new skills on the job
• Customer etiquette and communication
• Fill out and return job work orders

• Installation of items such as weather stripping, doors, doorknobs, windows, etc.

Qualifications

• Pass DMV Check
• Pass Drug and background screening

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual a plus
• Responsible for company equipment (tools, electronics)
• Responsible for company vehicle and gas/fuel card

• Full-time Employment 40 hours a week ( Typical hours are usually 8 am - 4:30 pm)
