Job description
The Website and Digital Marketing Specialist partners with MarComm colleagues and agency partners to develop and implement strategies to grow the online presence of Tampa General Hospital and increase engagement with the brand. This professional will have primary responsibility over the digital properties of TGH. Team member will analyze website data, identify trends and provide optimization recommendations for digital properties with the goal of increasing online traffic, conversion rates and leads. The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Marketing & Consumerism and collaborate with cross functional teams as well as agency partners. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with a team, multitask, be organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker. Among the duties and responsibilities:
- Help set goals and analyze key performance indicators of websites
- Scope website projects, define high-level requirements, and provide strategic and technical guidance
- Leverage CMS to create new pages, improve existing layouts, and creatively employ templates and modules to achieve project goals, business objectives and ensure a high-quality online experience
- Work closely IT Sitecore developers to implement solutions and resolve technical challenges
- Provide regular website analysis, identify trends and make optimization recommendations for digital properties with a goal of increasing online traffic, conversion rates and leads
- Conduct website competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends
- Ensure all deliverables are consistent with Tampa General Hospital brand standards and guidelines

Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience with websites.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field required.
- Must have experience with Google Analytics and search engine optimization.
- Seeking a collaborative team player with ability to convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $88,204.67 per year
