Wellness Coach

Healthy Measures is currently seeking passionate BSNs, RNs, Exercise Physiologists, RDs, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, PTs, & PTAs to join our team as a Wellness Coach.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provide on-site coaching at corporate wellness events using motivational interviewing skills to coach them to make positive lifestyle behavior changes
• Identify health education needs through evaluating biometric testing results including height, weight, waist, pulse and blood pressure
• Man booth at corporate and community health fairs
• May assist in collection of biometric screening data such as height, weight, BMI and other data to measure progress toward goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a fitness, health promotion, counseling, or related health field required
• 1 + years prior coaching experience in fitness, wellness, or nutrition
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office
• Possess professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent oral communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen
• Full COVID-19 vaccination

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience at onsite wellness screenings
• Experience as a wellness coach in a corporate setting
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

These positions are event driven, per diem, and on an as needed basis – NOT full-time employment.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
