We are hiring to train CrewTechs as Rope Access Techs for tall buildings and structures as well as ground CrewTechs that use ladders or our Pure Water Pole System.

We are hiring for Full Time positions to help continue the growth of the team and company. We are expanding to place teams/shop in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Davenport. Our current base facilities is in Ames.

Option 1: Year round full-time position.

Option 2: Full-time during the summer and part-time during school year (if you are a college student)

Type of Work Conducted: Residential Window Cleaning, Commercial Window Cleaning (including high-rise), Power-Washing, Gutter Cleaning.

Areas of Service: Ames, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids,. Company office and shop is located in Ames, Iowa

Qualifications: No previous experience needed, valid drivers, license, 18 years or older. Trained to safely work at heights with various access equipment and tools (ladders, lifts, water fed pole system). Agility is need to perform production quickly, effectively, and look good doing it.

Our Methods of Training: We are highly capable team of professionals with an excellent track history of Work Site Safety. We have an internal certification program we are building out that each recruit will participate in: CrewTech Level 1, 2, and 3.

Compensation: Starting pay-scale is determined by your previous work history and experience in the fields in which you worked. If you have previous experience in either the window cleaning industry or rope access service industry it can be a plus but also are other industries were you are proven in.

Rates: Starting pay $17.50 to $20.00 per hour.
