About The Position
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team in Chicago or New York. You will be responsible for continuing to improve and maintain our Windows Infrastructure globally. Ideally, you are an expert in Windows with an automation mindset and an interest in a multi-platform environment.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge working with Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/Group Policy
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019
- Strong experience using PowerShell for automation
- Experience with Microsoft AD/Exchange Administration
- Experience in email security systems, preferably Mimecast
- Experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi v7
- Advanced knowledge with Commvault Backup & Recovery
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10
- Working knowledge using Citrix
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative team while having ownership over new and exciting projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix preferred
- Experience with data centers preferred
- Ansible or other automation tools are nice to have
- Willing to work late hours or weekends on occasion
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50+ pounds
In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $225,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered to employees.
