Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) the world leader in crowd management and event security is now hiring Event Staff and Security to work at a variety of sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other events in the Nashville area.

CSC has provided services for MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NASCAR. CSC has worked at the world's most prestigious events, including Collegiate Bowl Games, NCAA Final Four Tournaments,

US Open Tennis, 30 Super Bowls, 9 Olympic Games, 4 Presidential Inaugurations, 2 Papal Visits, and 2 FIFA World Cups. The CSC-Nashville provides services for Nashville Predators, Bridgestone Arena, Western Kentucky University, Tennessee State University, Lipscomb University, Belmont and many more events throughout the Nashville Area.

Responsibilities and Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position.

• Follow all operating procedures and policies
• Follow directives of Event Staff Supervisor and/or Event Manager for each event assigned
• Effective interpersonal skills to deal with guests/public
• Serves as a greeter for each event assigned
• Have good math skills to provide ticket counts, summary reports, and other inventory reporting of guest admissions
• Professionally assist guests with determining seat location, escort guests to seat locations if required
• Familiarity with the information and facilities located at each venue where they are posted
• Serve where needed or as support to other tasked team members at each event
• Coordinate with facility staff as appropriate
• Communicate with event staff and supervisor(s)
• Observe and report matters of concern to the Field Supervisor and complete incident report forms on the same
• Notify police, fire department or emergency medical services of problems if requested or otherwise warranted
• Utilize two-way radio including safeguard of such radio or other issued equipment
• Provide break relief when scheduled to other event staff including briefing such Event Staff upon their return

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Professional Image, Integrity
