Women's and Children's Anesthesiologist Job-Share
Job description
YPS Anesthesia has a rare Anesthesiologist job-share opportunity with NO CALL at Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana. Providers will be joining a very experienced anesthesia team composed of 5 anesthesiologist and 8 nurse anesthetists.
Anesthesiologists need to be board certified or board eligible and pediatric fellowship trained is preferred. Providers will supervise a wide range of both pediatric and obstetric case types. This facility does not do any CV, Neuro, or transplant cases.
MD compensation is $546,000/yr ($45,500 monthly) on a 1099 with 26 weeks off. No in call is required for this position. Providers would work 7 days on then have 7 days off. The schedule can be flexible between the two Job - Share Anesthesiologist. On a typical day, the Providers arrive around 6 am and get relieved by the night Anesthesiologist at 5:30 pm. YPS has plenty of nearby opportunities if providers want to work during their off time. Malpractice insurance is covered by YPS.
