Job Description Summary

As the Women’s Health Education Program Leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and managing the customer education programs, as well collaborating with the Application Managers to develop the clinical applications team training plans & competencies associated with NPI, product releases and field development. He/she will implement process improvements for ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity. This position will also be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership required for advancing the WH business strategy and team capabilities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a member of the education team, you will help to drive teamwork and segment collaboration.

  • Work with the education team to implement education organizational goals ensuring that collective goals are met.

  • Remain current on educational trends and delivery models to enhance productivity and value.

  • Create, deliver, and manage course content and curriculum.

  • Collaborate with other education team members to share best practices, design innovative teaching tools and delivery methods

  • Support Women’s Health business strategy and vision

  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in the process of reviewing HCP agreements pertaining to speaker honorariums, educational grants, symposium sponsorships and on-site education.

  • Evaluate clinical trends in clinical ultrasound and incorporate accepted clinical practice into customer educational offerings to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor, assess and modify the customer courses/materials to maintain customer satisfaction and support education on new features/functionality.

  • Participate in the process for delivering Continuing Education credits to ensure compliance with GE regulations.

  • Maintain clinical, technical, and product expertise to coach and develop the team. Provide additional clinical support for sales training, New Product Introductions, exhibits and workshops as necessary.

  • Provide leadership communications with field-based applications, commercial, and technical support teams

  • Provide NPI feedback to upstream team and implement improvements to current processes and ensure future NPI’s roll out effectively.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years industry experience related to clinical training and education, curriculum development, or other related disciplines.

  • Experienced in 3D/4D imaging and manipulation.

  • Active SDMS registry in OB/Gyn

  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Willing to travel 75% for business needs

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education

  • Adult and/or Fetal Echo registry

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, other sales segments and GE Healthcare functions.

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.

  • Proven professional business acumen and relationship building skills in a hospital/healthcare environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, select, coach, develop and motivate talent.

  • Strong communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to blend complex issues into simple messages.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Previous experience managing business balance sheet financials including revenue, margins and costs.

  • Solid problem-solving skills, analytical and creative approach in developing solutions.

  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.

  • Knowledge of Healthcare emerging markets and clinical needs in those markets

The salary range for this position is 104,000.00 - 130,000.00 - 156,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
