We are looking to bring on an individual willing to learn to operate all types of woodworking machinery (table saws, panel saws, laminating press, edge bander, CNC equipment and a variety of basic shop tools). This opening is for a full-time permanent position. Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed. Resumes must include accurate employment dates, contact information, and relevant experience.

Our required qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Can work independently and with a team
• Customer focused, results oriented, cost conscious
• A dependable attendance record
• Candidates preferred with experience working with Wood CNC machines, Acrylics, Plastic Laminates, Wood Veneers and Phenolic

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years’ experience working in a production woodworking environment
• Ability to interpret drawings to produce final products
• Experience with basic and precision measurements such as calipers
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of machining practices

Responsibilities will include:

• Work with others in the shop to accomplish work needed by the team
• Be innovative to improve shop processes and creative to solve manufacturing challenges
• Build panels, doors, and other components to required specifications
• Operate saws, press, routers etc.
• Perform some scheduled tool maintenance
• Follow safe work practices
• Written track of work completion
• Follow all related work instructions
