We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in Workday Human Capital Management to serve as a leader and provide functional expertise / guidance in a challenging consulting environment serving our Nonprofit clients. This individual serves as the Workday HCM Lead and Primary Point of Contact between client project team and implementation partner. This individual brings fresh ideas to the table, works hard, develops business, consistently seeks new challenges and is a great contributor to a high performing team that accomplishes great feats for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of the existing deployment of Workday Human Capital Management to determine any deficiencies and required re-work.
  • Perform in a HCM lead role working with HR, Payroll, IT, and Development and other functional areas on Workday related questions and issues.
  • Lead the HCM function and ensure that all workstream artefacts (RAID/Status reporting/Program plan) are accurate, effective, and actioned.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence.
  • Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight.
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Workday HCM.
  • Higher Education experience is a plus
  • At least 1 cycle WD implementation experience as HCM functional lead, including
  • Unit Testing
  • End-to-End Testing
  • Parallel Payroll Testing

Required:

  • 5+ years of Workday HCM consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or Lead role.
  • Experience managing teams of 1+ persons

Desired Skills:

  • Workday FIN functional area, Workday Security, Workday Advanced reporting
  • Workday Certification is a plus
