Workers Compensation Manager

Remote

$60,000-$70,000 base

Position Summary: This role processes and responds to all telephone, electronic, and paper workers compensation insurance claims. Responsible for managing any third-party administrators or software solutions in relation to workers compensation and modified duty instances involving the Company. Knowledge of all federal and state workers compensation insurance law, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage workers compensation claims, including filing, coordination of information and reporting.

• Manage workers compensation third party administrators and/or software systems

• Manage modified duty program in conjunction with Operations and Vendors.

• Manage our vendor relationships regarding clinics, drug testing and modified duties

• Create and conduct training for company on updates for workers compensation needs

• Monthly reporting of workers compensation claims / trends

• Act as Company’s Custodian of Records complying with subpoena requests

• Basic understanding of state workers compensation claims and investigations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
