We are hiring a workforce manager for our Grand Prairie location.
This position includes sourcing, evaluating, engaging and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle. The Workforce Manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients, including candidate presentation, order taking, and management. Bilingual will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage and construct job postings across all avenues of recruiting: including but not limited to; social media, online job postings, flyers, newspapers, non-profit organization, tech and trade schools among other avenues
Schedule and conduct phone and face to face interviews
Ensure that all pre-screening procedures have been completed and are tasked appropriately to adhere to our 100% compliance requirement
Identifies and works to resolve client/applicant related issues with high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Ability to attend on-site client tours and meetings
Qualifications:
4 year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience
2 + years of recruiting or sales experience
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong Computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Detail orientated
