We are experienced in growing our studios into Top 10 studios and crushing goals. We are currently building our teams at Pure Barre and are seeking a Regional Studio Sales Manager to lead our Pure Barre Jupiter, Pure Barre West Boca, Pure Barre Palm Beach Gardens, Pure Barre Boynton Beach, Pure Barre Pembroke Pines, and Pure Barre Weston locations.

DUTIES:

Sales Duties – 70%

  • Recruit and train general managers and sales team to make phone calls, build value, overcome objections and close sales
  • Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports that shows studio performance
  • Hold managers accountable for the 4DX sales process
  • Step in and function as the General Manager of the studio in the absent of the GM
  • Supervise and manage lead generation including attending GrassRoots Marketing and networking events
  • Continually optimize our sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Monitor and manage the studios retail sales
  • Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform
  • Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by Managers and Sales Associates
  • Oversee Foundations scheduling as needed if more Sales Associate support is needed
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Participate in weekly Corporate sales and marketing calls
  • Review all SOPs from Corporate Sales team
  • Ensure that mangers communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates monthly and as needed


Operational Duties – 30%

  • Supervise studio managers and staff to ensure that everyone is working efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Recruit and hire the General Managers to fill vacancies
  • Any other duties as assigned by studio owner


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Previous Xponential managing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple studio revenue streams including memberships and retail sales
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • An affinity and passion for SALES
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
