What You Will Be Doing
Provide essential Tier 2 and 3 technical support for all enterprise systems with a main concentration to Yardi:
Provide technical support for the Commercial and Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF) modules.
Assist with technical report writing on an advanced level of programming using SQL.
Assist with training team members and departments on Yardi Modules and resolving complex issues.

What You Need for this Position
Must Have
Must have 3+ years of technical support and customer service experience and working with software related problems.
Must have 2+ years using Yardi (property management/accounting software) at a systems admin level and a Help Desk/Ticketing Software.
Experience as end user or providing support for Yardis commercial module, including commercial recovery calculation troubleshooting, strongly preferred.
Must have 2+ years of experience in real estate / property management industry.
SQL knowledge required.
Must have 3+ years of technical support and customer service experience and working with software related problems.
Must have 2+ years using Yardi (property management/accounting software) at a systems admin level and a Help Desk/Ticketing Software.
Experience as end user or providing support for Yardis commercial module, including commercial recovery calculation troubleshooting, strongly preferred.
