Job description
Positions available with York County Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball Program. Program runs January through March on Monday - Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and flexible. There will be training for all positions. Hourly rate depends on position.
Gym Supervisors (Must be 18 years of age or older)
Responsible for interacting with patrons of the programs and solving routine on-site problems that may occur. Responsible for supervision of scorers, timers, and referees. Responsible for gym setup and cleanup, provides appropriate equipment to teams at practices/games, and enforces rules and regulations of the program.
Scorers & Timers
Responsible for operation of the scoreboard & scoresheet. Assists the gym supervisor with routine duties relative to gym setup and cleanup. Performs other related duties as necessary.
Requires an acceptable criminal background check if 18 or older.
