About TOCA Kids Programs

TOCA Kids Programs are fast-paced specialized sports programs for children ages 12 months through 14 years old. We offer a variety of programs that teach the fundamentals of baseball, basketball, NFL flag football, floor hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball through our Multi-Sport and Sport-specific classes, camps, and birthday parties. We take pride in nurturing whole child development in a fun environment, helping each child grow in the confidence and skills they need to succeed in sports, school, and life.

Role Summary

TOCA Kids Programs are looking to hire enthusiastic and dedicated sports coaches to work with our athletes and all facets of what we do! We are looking for positive, responsible, and confident team players who will be able to execute the curriculum for each program we offer. Applicants must have experience and a desire to work with kids of all ages. A passion for sports is highly encouraged.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and coach Multi-Sport-specific classes, Strikers Soccer Program, Camps, and Birthday Parties
• Willingness to learn about all our programs and standards
• Constantly set an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive tone to everyone in our programs
• Provide positive feedback and encouragement during all programs
• Guide kids in learning and cultivating skills with a healthy attitude towards competition
• Ability to work a flexible schedule consisting of varying days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills & Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Demonstrates an understanding of TOCA's commitment to quality service, products, and entertainment
• Consistently maintains a pleasant, professional, and approachable style
• Well-spoken with the confidence and ability to talk to caregivers and kids of all ages
• Passion for sports and working with children
• Experience working with children ages 12 months to 8 years old is preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel and teach in local off-site environments
