Position Summary: Working with commercial chain accounts, this position is responsible for the maintenance of grease traps typically located inside restaurants and supermarkets.

Primary Function: Under the direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, maintains daily cleaning and distribution of supplies to areas assigned in accordance with the
