* As a Relationship Banker, you’ll take a lead role in delivering an outstanding experience to Chase customers.

* You will acquire, manage, retain meaningful relationships with our customers, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs.

* You will manage assigned customers and proactively meet with them - in person and over the phone – to build lasting relationships, discover financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations

* You will also partner with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs

* Passing score on the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam. You may find information related to the exam and other licensing information here: https://www.finra.org/registration-exams-ce/qualification-exams/securities-industry-essentials-exam

Requirements

* At least one year experience in any of the following: retail banking sales, financial services sales, luxury retail, insurance, risk controls, affluent client management, business generation, consultative relationship sales role in a related industry

* Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results.

* Strong, consistent work experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Professional, thorough, and organized with strong follow-up skills

* Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary AND an uncapped incentive.

* We have a pay for performance compensation strategy, and those who perform well will earn higher incentives.

* A credit check will be required as part of the onboarding process.
