Trio Labs is seeking an experienced 3D Printer/Additive Manufacturing Technician to help achieve its mission of disrupting medical device micro-manufacturing for ultra-resolution small metal parts. About You:

• You have 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing facilities, operating and maintaining machines. 3D Printing experience is a plus.
• You can comfortably handle, sort and inspect small (in the 1-5millimeter range) parts with tweezers, using a high magnification visor, for long periods of time.
• You enjoy working directly on equipment and getting your hands dirty. You can disassemble, clean, and assemble machine parts that weigh up to 25 pounds.
• You can run standard processes on machines, and when things don’t work, you can help find out what went wrong, communicate the issues to your supervisor, and find solutions.
• You’re good at troubleshooting equipment.
• You have experience working with measurement equipment including documenting and reporting measurement results.
• You prioritize safety for yourself and others, and perform all jobs safely, raising all safety concerns to management. You always wear PPE appropriate to the task.
• You have excellent attention to detail. You can follow technical work instructions precisely and safely.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re able to communicate successes and challenges openly. Trio highly values a team-oriented mindset, where success is determined by performance at the organizational level more than the individual level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
