GENERAL SUMMARY
The Junior technical designer serves as an integral part of the Creative team. They must be extremely
detail-oriented, responsible, a team player, and comfortable using a wide range of graphic programs.
Their role is to assist and support the creative team by producing clear and detailed technical drawings,
as well as prototyping and assisting in the design of new collections.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings to spec, in 2D, and/or 3D for products, displays, and

• Assist with review & cross check on all new development samples for approval.
• Assist with Review bulk production arrivals and confirm compliance with master approved samples.
• Assist with development of new products and ideas.
• Work with 3D Printing and other modeling machines
• Ensures size and fit consistency across all styles according to Miansai Jewelry Standards.
• Clearly organize & maintain all technical drawings in Dropbox.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in photography and editing
• Ability to read and write English
• Proficient in basic math
• Ability to work with a jewelery factory around loud machinery when necessary
• 2 Year college degree or greater
• English Required
• Bi-Lingual a plus (English/Spanish)
• Software: Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
