ILPEA has a 4-day work week, an opportunity to earn $2,200 retention bonus, $1/hr shift differential for midnight shifts, opportunity for monthly pay raises until top pay is earned, opportunity to earn monthly production bonus, and capped OT limits!

Openings in extrusion department - position eligible for incentive pay. Hours available are 7p - 7a.
All positions with ILPEA Industries require employees to be able to lift and carry 35 to 50 lbs several times per day. Employees spend majority of time standing and walking. Positions require good hand eye coordination and repetitive movements of hands, arms, and wrists.
