Towne Properties is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join its award winning company. This position will work in our home office, The Monastery, located in the Mt. Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio.

This challenging opportunity includes:
- Reviewing lease paperwork for accuracy; researches errors and assists with adjustments and corrections
- Assisting residents and field personnel with accounts’ receivable related questions
- Downloading and importing different bank files, posting cash to resident accounts on a daily basis and working late fees
- Preparing and reviewing invoices to collect on accounts
- Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am -5pm with flexible work hours available
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- 2+ years' general accounting experience
- Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to perform basic math and use a ten-key calculator
- Able to use standard office software and Yardi
- Drug and background check
