Apogee Engineering is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) A5/8/9 at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), VA.

What you will be doing:

• Managing calendars for ACC/A5K Division leadership to include deconflicting meeting requests, travel plans, scheduling meetings, changing meeting times, and providing meeting support
• Managing Division-level organizational calendars to ensure meetings are scheduled with appropriate personnel and de-conflicted with other meetings
• Integrating inputs from Division members for staff meetings and external reporting within ACC to the Directorate level
• Attending staff meetings, documenting meeting agendas and minutes, and disseminating to Division personnel
• Managing Information Technology (IT) equipment and assisting Division members with routine IT problems
• Managing Unit Manning Documents and command Reserve man-day allocation system
• Tracking and executing required manpower updates and incorporate into appropriate manpower systems

What you'll need:

• Security clearance required: Secret
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience, including:
  • 1 year of HQ ACC Division level office manager experience
  • 5 years of knowledge management support using a variety of project, calendar, task, travel, and records management tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong command of MS Office suite tools as well as Tasker Management Tool, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documents, and Air Force Evaluation Management System
