• Kent Flexible Shifts Open Availability
• Ravenna E/O Tuesday & Saturday
• Deerfield Tuesday, Thursday, 3pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm

• $1000 signing bonus in installments over 6 months with FT!

• IRA with 3% match!
• $14.00/hour, Range is $14-$17/hour, Based on growth of the region there will be opportunities for advancement.

Direct Support Professional – DSP Job Description

• Maintaining Health and Safety of the individuals in our care.
• Following the ISP (Individual Service Plan) for the individual being served.
• Utilizing interventions as outlined in the ISP for supports, supervision and behaviors.
• Preparing, cooking and serving meals to individuals who cannot complete task independently
• Ensuring a clean safe living environment for clients.
• Following special diets when required, as outlined in the individuals ISP.
• Ensuring proper packing of lunches for day program/work as required by the individual.
• Medication administration, when necessary, per delegated nursing courses as outlined in state curriculum.
• Assisting individuals with transportation to and from routine medical appointments.
• Taking individuals into the community and ensuring their health and safety.
• Assisting clients with toileting needs
• Assisting individuals, with personal hygiene, grooming and self-care.
• Maintaining both electronic and written documentation, including shift report.
• Communication with supervisors, especially when incidents occur for documentation purposes.
• Interactions with guardians and other visitors, and others in the field who are part of the individuals team.
