Job Responsibilities:

  • Support national sales team and senior company leaders with account management, contacting customers daily, handling all order inquiries, managing customers to MUA compliance; ensuring customer satisfaction on all transactions, build out customer call plan and execute system pricing.
  • Ensure Auto-Chlor System customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.
  • Handle all sales and customer service activities, handle interdepartmental and cross-departmental communications, effectively present information, be a problem solver.
  • Learn internal systems and database functions to gather reports and manage internal processes.
  • Perform general administrative responsibilities including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, document management including creating spreadsheets/presentations, generating emails, letters, memos and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, product lines, ordering procedures, and credit terms
  • Familiarization with customer service activities, interdepartmental communications, and general finance concepts
  • Ability to manage end to end initiatives through challenging deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to service multiple customers simultaneously; Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an advanced administrative support role.
  • AA/AS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the company.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
