BASIC PURPOSE:
To assist Account Managers with their daily job responsibilities including but not limited to the following: posting job orders, reviewing, and assisting with candidate submissions/processing, database updates, investigating issues/problem solving and providing ongoing support to the Account Manager Group

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assisting Account Manager with administrative functions
  • Obtain and update open orders as directed
  • Assist with reviewing recruitment submissions for compliance with position and facility requirements
  • Assist with submitting candidate files to 3 party agencies
  • Assist with obtaining and updating unit specific information and orientation/first day information for the Account Managers
  • Input conversations and actions regarding clients (travelers) into client manager
  • Input conversations and actions regarding facilities into hospital manager
  • Assist with processing assignment and contract changes
  • Assist with confirmation calls and email confirmations to client facilities
  • Processing assignment extensions, renewals, and terminations
  • Acting as a liaison to insure exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Cover for Account Manager when out of office with the assistance of an Account Management Floater if available
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
  • Other duties assigned with or without accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service-related role
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Computer proficiency with databases, email, Excel and MS Word
  • Aptitude to work in collaborative efforts, yet be self-initiated to exceed goals and objectives
  • Must be able to move in a quick and energetic manner and sustain long periods of sitting, being on the phone and working on a computer
  • Must be organized, levelheaded, focused and attentive to details.
  • Must be able to accept direction from different teammates
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work proactively and reliably
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
