LOCATION


This position is fully remote. EST working hours. Preferred states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado. Employees have full access to use the Downtown Orlando 321 office as a co-working or production space.

Let’s break it down: The “Client” part = you’re our client’s best friend on behalf of the whole agency balancing what they need externally with what we accomplish internally. The “Strategy” part = you’re doing more than checking the boxes or delivering an order. You’re thinking deeply about our Client’s marketing plan and present thoughtful recommendations to make the most out of their dollars.

SOME MORE SPECIFICS:

  • Deliver daily professional client correspondence - email, slack, GoogleHangout
  • Be the source of truth for our client’s needs, wants, and preferences.
  • Understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout their marketing campaign.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns that drive results and optimize accordingly.
  • Have clear understanding of approved studio budgets vs actual budgets in order to understand project/account profit margin.
  • Work with a kick ass team of project managers, designers, writers, media buyers, strategists, social media experts, photographers, and your fellow account managers.
  • Lead and facilitate kickoff discussions in order to appropriately set and manage expectations, influence, coach and inspire the team throughout execution and delivery.
  • Support the project team through the lifecycle of the project – discuss project approach, team concerns, the team wins and problem solve.
  • Meticulously proof every piece of collateral before it is sent out, ensuring client branding and goals are being executed properly.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • You’ve worked at an agency and you liked that environment
  • Sufficient professional experience managing successful client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter drive
  • A healthy amount of curiosity, flexibility, and tolerance for trying something new
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively, and to remain professional and constructive in all situations.
  • Wicked strong organizational and communication skills
  • Have a working knowledge of content management systems, SEO, SEM, digital paid media, web analytics, and digital strategy.
  • Mac and Google Suite proficient.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS


$65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. Compensation is not adjusted based on work location.
