WHO WE WANT

You are an Account Manager responsible for developing and managing client relationships. Your focus is being a strategic partner to the client, acting as a “Fractional CMO” for their business. Understanding client needs, defining solutions, and advocating for the client and brand during the creative process are all part of your responsibility.

YOUR MISSION

You will deliver premium business solutions on time and on the budget for the agency requiring the ability to work effectively with team members and clients alike. As a team leader and strategist, the Account Manager must maintain the long-term vision for each account in partnership with the Creative Director. You will own and drive the client relationship through every phase of work, and be responsible for long-term efficiency, profitability, and growth targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shepherd multiple cross-disciplinary projects through the agency at one time.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business, goals, and metrics; craft agency solutions to meet those targets.
  • Partner with Project Managers to craft SOWs including hours, hard costs, invoicing schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads to ensure deliverables are on brand and meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with our CEO to respond to incoming leads and vet opportunities
  • Work with the COO to forecast quarterly and annual revenue.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing clients on additional programs
  • Champion account management best practices across the studio

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five + years of creative agency experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns, including strategy, branding, digital, and media components.
  • Ability to lead a team with a strong focus on collaboration while managing shifting priorities.
  • Extensive client-facing exposure; comfortable leading meetings.
  • Strong organization, personal presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, informal environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken communicator
  • Ability to manage design staff with patience and empathy
  • Solid and well-developed sense of integrity in alignment with our core values
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Advertising, or Marketing may substitute for three years of the required experience
