Tailor Made Compounding is looking for an Account Manager for our growing team! This position will report directly to the Account Servicing Manager and be the direct liaison between the clinics and pharmacy. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for developing positive relationships and responding to customer needs

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
• Achieve sales and profit goals by growing and retaining existing customers
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Assist with placement of orders and providing shipment information when requested
• Remain proactive with workload - customer satisfaction is the top priority
• Ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of professionalism to a wide range of customers
• Demonstrate proficiency in providing product information to all medical personnel across a variety of fields
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Educations Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related subject matter preferred

• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
• 1-3 years of Account Management or Sales experience
• Medical / Pharmacy experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills, fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Salesforce (preferred)
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 (Hours vary depending on business needs.)
