Account Representative to develop and expand our current client base. In this role, you will source business and close sales opportunities from both existing and prior customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing accounts, calling on existing opportunities, and closing new and reoccurring businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Close sales opportunities assigned and created by estimating department

Build customer relationships by reaching out via phone and email

Update clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives

Onboarding new clients to help them understand the products, programs, and services.

Acting as a point of contact if any issues helping them work through problems

Use CRM software to track and maintain both customer and opportunity information

Understand customer needs and requirements, solicitate business, and follow up on quotations to close

In-depth understanding of cold / warm calling with heavy volume of outbound calls per day

Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas

Other responsibilities and tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years professional experience in a sales capacity

Proven inside sales experience

The ability to create a positive buying experience, strong closing skills

Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients

Track record of over-achieving sales quota(s)

Strong phone presence and experience calling on accounts

Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Career-oriented with outstanding organizational, editing, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a fire protection capacity is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
