INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our general accounts team!

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The General Accounts Team works with various clients from different industries and the team develops and presents strategic brand initiatives that deliver on the client’s business objectives. We partner with cross-functional teams to develop disruptive ideas at all points of the customer journey. The team includes Brand Management, Creative, Social Media management, Media, Production and Experiential.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on this fully integrated account: Supernal, Advanced Air Mobility.

The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.

This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with project management, media, finance, creative, experiential and production teams.

The Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed. The supervisor will manage an Account Executive, with oversight and leadership support from a VP, Account Director. This position will also support the VP, Account Director on other Advanced Mobility clients on an as-needed basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within Supernal
• Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team
• Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy
• Oversees the management of client website in collaboration with the Web agency
• Represent the agency with internal facilities team at Supernal in building out Innovation Center
• Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking
• Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, working with strategist on briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews
• Coordinate with IUA Production and Supernal Finance team to vet all production projects
• Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
• Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all content licensing
• Enthusiastically represent the team to clients, partners and within Innocean
