Job description
Tamarac CPA firm has immediate opening for an Accountant/Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer. Accounting degree a plus, but not required. Diverse client base. Busy, but fun and friendly environment.

Requirements:
· QuickBooks experience; QuickBooks Pro Certification a plus
· 2+ years of experience working in a tax office preparing tax returns for 1040, 1041, 1120(S), 1065
· Ability to communicate with clients, management, and peers in a professional manner
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
· Proficient with MS Office Suite
· Flexible hours 30-40 hours a week, with increase hours between January and April.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort Lauderdale, FL 33321: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping/Tax Prep: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English, Spanish a plus (Preferred)
