Job Opening Summary
This position reports to the Accounting Manager and works closely with senior accounting staff preparing the following: financial and operating reports, journal entries, analysis, reconciliations, accounts payable and maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records.
Job Opening Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree. Specific course work: Business, Finance or Accounting. May accept 5 years of accounting experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Education:
Accounting
Necessary Skills:
1. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
2. Knowledge of general ledger.
3. Ability to prepare, present and analyze financial reports/data.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
6. Data entry skills.
7. Strong spreadsheet skills.

Required Experience:
1-2 years accounting or financial business.
