Overview:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process daily revenue by verifying seller’s receipts and sales, balancing deposits, and entering data into computer. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities:

Protects company operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.- Support the accounting team with daily tasks as directed
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Provides change to sales locations as needed.
- Reconciles cash sheets from various sales locations by comparing the counted receipts to the reported sales.
- Reconciles daily vouchers from various sales locations by comparing those turned in with daily point of sale batches to product summary reports.
- Prepares daily bank deposits by assembling monies from sellers, entering the data into the computer and balancing the receipts and sales.
- Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
