ACCOUNTING AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Manufacturing company in Anaheim is seeking an individual to handle fast-paced office environment.

Accounting Duties and Responsibilities

  • Billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
  • Prepare spreadsheets for payroll and payroll reports for management
  • Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts are paid on time
  • Oversee cash receipts and handle collections
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Keep an organized filing system of all accounting
  • Handle all new hire packets
  • Keep track of vacation schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • Ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in field
  • Previous experience in accounting and office administration
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Experience with ADP or Paychex and plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Able to work well with senior executives and team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
