Responsibilities

High level of Daily Data Entry

Answer Phones

Be able to work independently as well as a team player

Daily Accounting entry into QuickBooks

Manage multiple deadlines and exhibit internal and external Customer Service

Qualifications

Minimum AA Degree in Accounting

Must be able to multi-task

Be (VERY) Proficient in QuickBooks Online.Please be able to demonstrate proficiency.

Must be knowledgeable of Excel, Word, FileMaker

Ability to use common office equipment-fax, copier, multi-line phones, scanner, and printer

Demonstrate ability to learn new software applications as needed

Must maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Candidate must be a nonsmoker and pet friendly
