Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Validate and process all vendor invoices for entry into the company’s ERP system. Obtain supporting documentation (purchase orders or signed contracts), proper approvals, and appropriate general ledger account coding.

Daily management of accounts payable communications (e.g., AP email).

Present suggested payment selections of processed invoices for approval. Remit approved payments to vendors and send out electronic remittance advices.

Manage vendor accounts, including creating new vendor records, ensuring up to date tax information, bank information, payment method, and email address.

Reconciles, reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections.

Act as a liaison regarding vendor inquiries. Responses may be verbal or via email, whichever is appropriate.

Maintain comprehensive and complete procedures manual for all assigned tasks to ensure all tasks can be performed by qualified substitute personnel.

Cross-train in accounts receivable functions.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
