At LCRA, you are processing invoices that directly benefit the lives of Texans! This fast paced and friendly work environment is looking for someone who can create a great daily routine and handle a few unexpected curveballs that come their way.
You will be trusted to:
- Processing daily invoices in ERP
- Follow up with suppliers
- Responding and assisting team members with questions.
- AP entry corrections
- Troubleshooting and working with internal business partners to find resolutions to voucher entry issues
You qualify with:
Two or more years of experience in an accounting support role.
You are a great fit with:
- Able to handle fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solver, with an eye toward efficiencies
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, prompt, and courteous communication skills
- Organized
- Understanding of the role AP plays in the larger accounting picture
- Microsoft Suite Skills - Excel, Outlook a must
- Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle)
