Hugh White Honda is seeking to hire an Entry-level Accounting Clerk to support our daily operations. Ideal Candidates will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We will train motivated candidates with prior clerical, accounts payable, and/or office experience! We value our employees and invest in their success!

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities – Entry-level Accounting Clerk:

• Dealership accounting, reconciliations and assisting with funding packets
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with cashier and receptionist duties, including filing
• Prepare deposits
• Enter incoming inventory
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager

Qualifications/Requirements – Entry-level Accounting Clerk:

• Experience with Excel is a plus
• Knowledge of chart of accounts, schedules, inventory, deposits, and general automotive processes is a plus
• Accounts Payable / Receivable experience is a plus
• Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
• Computer proficient and detailed oriented
• Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
